Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PredictionView ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally allowed to use the Service and any connected trading platform. You are responsible for your account credentials, Google sign-in session, and all activity from your account.

2. No Investment, Brokerage, or Fiduciary Advice

The Service provides software tools and information only. We are not your broker, advisor, fiduciary, or agent, and we do not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

3. BYO API Keys and Trading Authorization

If you connect your API key, you authorize the Service to submit requests to the connected exchange on your behalf. You are solely responsible for your API key permissions, account configuration, and all orders sent through your key.

4. Execution, Availability, and Glitch Risk

Trading systems may fail, lag, misprice, duplicate, or submit unintended orders due to software bugs, outages, third-party issues, latency, or user error. You accept these risks. Use of the Service for live trading is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, missed opportunities, liquidation, data loss, or account compromise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PredictionView and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for security, compliance, abuse, operational, or legal reasons.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updated terms are effective when posted. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
