Trading Risk Disclosure

This disclosure applies to direct trading features in PredictionView. By accepting, you acknowledge and agree to all risks below.
1. High-Risk Activity
Prediction market and derivatives-style trading can result in partial or total loss. You should only trade capital you can afford to lose.
2. Technology and Execution Risk
- Orders may be delayed, duplicated, rejected, routed incorrectly, or executed at unintended prices.
- Software bugs, stale data, connectivity issues, and exchange/API outages may cause erroneous behavior.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and monitoring your open orders and positions.
3. API Key and Account Risk
- You are responsible for API key scope, security, storage hygiene on your own devices, and prompt rotation/revocation.
- Any order sent using your authenticated account/API credentials is your responsibility.
- You should remove or rotate keys immediately if compromise is suspected.
4. No Liability for Trading Losses
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictionView and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, account impacts, liquidation, or damages caused by bugs, glitches, outages, latency, third-party failures, user configuration errors, or unauthorized activity.
5. Independent Decision-Making
All trade decisions are solely yours. Any analytics, content, or interface output is informational and not a recommendation, offer, or solicitation.
6. Acceptance Condition
Direct trading access may be disabled until this disclosure, the Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy are accepted.
